Welcome to Sipread. By accessing or using our website and restaurant management platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for and/or using the Services in any manner, including but not limited to visiting or browsing the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be published from time to time on the Site by us, each of which is incorporated by reference and each of which may be updated from time to time without notice to you.
2. Description of Service
Sipread provides a cloud-based restaurant management system, including QR code ordering, kitchen display systems, and payment processing integrations (the "Service"). You understand and agree that the Service is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and you agree that you will not disclose your password to any third party.
You are solely responsible for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions. You must immediately notify Sipread of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Payments and Billing
Some of our Services are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscriptions"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select. At the end of each period, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Sipread cancels it.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Sipread, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
